You have 14 days from the day it arrives to tell us, and 14 more to post it. That is the law, and it is also fine by me. Email hello@blanque.uk with your order number and I'll send the address.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of the pen arriving back.
Opened is fine. Used is fine. That's the point.
